MTC Workout at ELHS in Auburn, Maine Tuedsay

2 weeks before the B2B. I hope that all of you who are working towards this are feeling healthy and ready to go.
 
Here is tonight's work out.
 
1. warm up run 1-2 miles lev. 1-2
 
2. stretching and form run
 
3. 3  x 1 mile runs at 100% of last mile time  with 1 lap jog /walk recovery.
 
4. 1 mile cool down.
