1-2 mile warm up

Form run
Ladder at 110% 1 mile pace with full recovery , try a one to one ratio on time, or at least get the HR below 120 before you go.
so if it takes you 45 seconds to run it, walk for 45 seconds.
200 x 400 x 600 x 800 x 800 x 600 x 400 x 200
Do one distance of each.
1-2 mile cool down
stretch.
See you next Tuesday at EL on the 11th. I believe we are back in Cheverest on the 18th.
