Clare Franco of Brunswick and Mohamed Noor of Lewiston led their teams to victory at a KVAC meet on a hot and humid day at Lawrence on September 7. Franco ran 21:55 for 5K while Noor ran 17:02. The Brunswick girls are the defending Class A state champions and were ranked second in the first coaches poll. Lewiston is the number one ranked team in the boy's poll. It is not often that we have photos from High School X-C meets but perhaps we are about to see more in the near future.
