MTC Work Out on Sept 4. 2007 at ELHS in Auburn, Maine

!. 2 mile warm up for distance and 1 mile for 5K

2. Form run and stretch

3. 12 x 400’s at 5K pace minus 5 seconds for 5K (3 miles)

4. 12x 800’s at 10 k pace for distance (6 miles)

5. 1 minute recovery for each

6. 1 mile cooldown jog.
