BELFAST — The City of Belfast was the back-drop on Sunday morning for the Child Shall Lead one-mile and the Pancake 5K road races sponsored by the Waldo County YMCA. Twenty-eight kids competed in the one-mile trek, while 104 adults ran in the five-kilometer race.

Results of the Child Shall Lead race in each division were:
Boys seven and under — 1, Noah Gay, 9 minutes, 23 seconds; Andrew Akles, 9:49; Evan Kennedy, 10:34; Sammy Davis, 11:26; Zachary Wood, 11:28; Noah Holesha, 12:42; and Declan Brinn, 13:45.
