I was using my old Sony which is a 1.2 pix as a backup camera. It is difficult taking photos with two cameras but Don Penta uses three cameras most of the time.

The Cape Elizabeth boys led the Maine contingent, finishing 3rd with 181 points. Tyler Clark of Lisbon ran to a strong third place finish in 15:37, just 8 seconds out of first place. Nick Williams of Poland (7th), Sam Sheehan of Caribou (12th), Ethan Shaw of Falbouth (17th), and Graham Egan of Cape Elizabeth (19th) earned All-New England status by finishing in the top 25. The MDI girls were the first Maine team, finishing 11th. Erica Jesseman of Scarborough finished 17th in 19:14 and was named to the All-New England team.

The First Annual Hope Triathlon was a success this past Saturday in Hope. Participants swam a quarter mile in Hobbs Pond, bicycled a 13 mile trip to Camden and back to Hope, then finished up with a 5K run through Hope. Full results to be printed in 7/20/06 Camden Herald.
